Thank you for joining us on Sunday, October 30, 2022 for the Annual Kensico 5K Run/Walk!
On October 30, Kensico Cemetery hosted the Annual Kensico 5K Run/Walk event at the Cemetery to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association of Hudson Valley.
Runners, walkers, (and dogs on a leash) joined us for a wonderful full breakfast from Fox Catering, great raffle prizes, and a fun walk or run throughout the beautiful autumn grounds of Kensico Cemetery ——all to reach our goal of $38,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association of Hudson Valley!
Start time was 9:15AM, but registered participants came earlier to pick up their t-shirt, timing bib (if they are running), and enjoyed a cup of coffee, muffins, and yogurt parfaits. After the Run/Walk, a full breakfast was set up, awards were presented to the top 3 female and top 3 male runners, and raffle winners were announced.

Click on the “Route” tab to view the 3.1 mile course. There was a 1.7 mile option for walkers with children or dogs-on-a-leash who preferred a shorter route.
