The Kensico End Alz 5K Run/Walk is an entirely volunteer-driven event to raise funds for the local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. If you would like to help out on the day of the event with registration, check-in, handing out water and cheering for the participants along the route, please contact our volunteer event organizer for the Kensico 5K Jocylen Roberts at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Alzheimer’s Association is the world leader in Alzheimer’s research and support. It is the nation’s oldest and largest voluntary health organization dedicated to advancing research for the prevention, cure and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and to providing expert support and assistance to millions of afflicted Americans and their families.
The Hudson Valley Chapter carries out the Association’s mission in Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester Counties.
The funds raised at our 5K fundraiser will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association of Hudson Valley—-and we are hoping to raise over $20,000 this year!
